i ordered 431+ worth of parts. I cancelled them and they assured me i would get a refund. Still have yet to see my refund. I do not have the parts. I dont understand how a company can do this. Even looking at all the other comments its seems they continue to do this and get away with it. makes no sense at all.

Took my money and never sent the part. Won't reply no matter how many times I call. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

This company and its previous name: V & S Hot Tubs and Spas is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been contacting them for over a YEAR without any response. I received a spa pack which was, old, dented and rusted. They assured me they would send a replacement unit and never have. I have left numerous messages and have attempted to contact them without any response. Their website is down..no surprise. I am in the process of filling out the necessary paperwork for the Better Business Bureau. I would strongly suggest not dealing with them as they have no professional values and poor products. I am out $200.00 +.

Worst company I have ever felt with, never answer their phones, won't return a phone call, the only time they answer email is when you threaten them. Took my money and 2 months later I'm still waiting for my order. Don't deal with this company, you Wil regret it. Sue Workman, Monroe, MI
