The food is good, even better when the cooks aren't being worked to death. The wait staff is awesome, management is the only draw back. Unfortunately, clueless management is that restaurant's biggest problem. When staff quit and walk out in front of customers, and wait staff are so busy they can't check on their customers, something is very wrong with the way it's being managed. Shame the owner isn't paying attention.

I highly recommend this Ihop. It is clean, has the best and fastest eat in service in Brighton. The food is good and properly prepared. Everytime I visit this Ihop I am always greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The swedish pancakes were great, but it's IHOP it's the same menu everywhere right? The service was great, especially this older morning waitress named Rita... she's a little slower, but well worth the wait. Ask her about her video games, and you will laugh uproariously at this grandma who doesn't let the grandkids touch her PS2 or her Xbox!
