Stoker Networks provides 24x7 Technical Support 365 days per year. 24 x 7 Technical Support Items Covered: * Computers and Peripheral Devices * Networking Equipment (Wired and Wireless) * Credit Card Processing Equipment and Setup * Website Hosting * E-mail * On/Off Site Maintenance * Big or small, we can fix it! Whether it is a virus on the computer, or the computer is going slow. We can speed it up. If your screen will not turn on, we can fix it! Let us fix your problems. Stoker Networks can perform onsite visits or you can bring your device to our shop. We charge a flat rate of $40/hour with a minimum 1 hour charge. After the first hour we bill at 15 minute intervals. For on site visits billing starts when the technician leaves the office.
