2-2-17. After a long day working and driving (semi), My husband and myself stopped to get fuel, each in separate trucks.( as many times before). This time.... 1) The card reader doesn't work. ( Not a great big deal) 2) There were a few new employee, very friendly and helpful exp.. store out of French Vanilla ( as always), New employee Ben jumps to it. The much older female employee ( Missy) is having a bad day! The first word out of her mouth in front of me was f** k, followed by I'm sorry. Followed by " Thanks Ben for leaving me to do everything"! I boldly said ( I'm upset at this time) where Ben had gone ( to replace the coffee creamer) Now she is upset and mouthing off that the other new employee guy (didn't get his name) doesn't know how to except our out of town checks. The way she talked to him was very upsetting to me! I again comment on her bad day and how she is taking it out on every one around her. And then the big question out of her mouth was " what are they going to do fire me?" Grr Does this witchey woman think she can't be replaced? Really?!! I would only hope so. But because she is still there and 2 new employee there working only tells me that LW's / Pilot truck stop is having and probably has had trouble keeping employee. Well with employee like her ( Messy) it won't get any better. She should be fired! As for us and our company, we will be stopping at Loves from here out.
