The combination of filth (toenails on the floor, dirty underwear under the bed, etc) combined with the total rudeness and lack of response from the manager that prompted me to write. I even carried some of these "delightful" little items down to the managers just right after I checked in. Even after this, and them not offering to clean or switch rooms, the next day IT STILL wasn't cleaned up. It appeared that the maid just hastily threw the bedcovers back on, even though I requested that they please vacuum the floors so I could put my baby down and not worry about what he was picking up. What completely floored me though, was when this husband and wife team were so rude to me and my children. We stayed there for 2 nights, and on one occasion, my children accidentally locked the adjoining doors. When we informed the manager and asked for assistance, she and her husband rolled their eyes at us, and then began to talk to each other in a foreign language.
