My kids live at Brittney Green Apt. and seem to love it. They love playing with the kids at the complex and ride their bikes freely. When I come to pick them up, they do complain about plumbing, and the AC, but really seem to still enjoy it. I believe the inspections to be of importance as their are a lot of tenants out there that don't know how to be clean. This has made my Ex-wife to be clean. There is nothing wrong with a health and welfare every now and then, it might be your place, but you don't own it. And besides do you want to move into a complex that the tenant before you lived like a pig? Probably not. And to add another note, its government subsidized. If you don't like it, buy a home, it'll help the crappy economy. :)Joshua Sepulveda

This is a horrible place to rent if you like your sanity. There is always someone in your business almost like a spy for the management that tattles on you when you do something wrong. The plumbing is horrible. Every couple of weeks I would have maintenance come unclog my drains. The walls are paper thin and could hear conversations as clear as if I was in the same room with them. When I moved out I was charged for ridiculous things like $50 for a pet I never even had but because of a frosty that had been spilled outside they assumed it was dog poop?.... Oh and then she claimed my son said my unknown pet is named fluffy... They go into your apartment and physically go through your things including your drawers and pull everything out and leave the mess. They treat you like youre a criminal even when you keep to yourself. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!
