My name is Maggie. We camped there with my family in the 1970s I remember playing king of the dock with my uncles and aunts. A amazing place. My fathers name was Charles Akins. Had so many memories. We used a tent all the time. I would love to get back there. I think the owners might remember us. We packed a car full.

My whole family stayed at the Lake Chalet motel for a weekend in May of 2013. We were made to feel very welcomed. The rooms were very roomy and clean. The view of the lake was very calming and senic. They were there to help us carry in our belongs. The prices are very reasonable. I would stay there again. Actually looking for an excuse to go back. Would love to spent a month sitting on the balcony enjoy the view.Florida resident so I have seen a lot of senic views.

Our family has been camping at Lake Chalet since 1988. A beutiful lake, excellant trout stream, and clean pristine facilities. Joe and Marta have treated us like family and I am proud to call them friends. A wonderful place to camp and very family oriented. Bob Marris
