Somerset Home for Temporarily Displaced Children is a nonprofit organization that provides housing services for abused, neglected and homeless youths in New Jersey. The organization employs a staff of more than 50 people. It serves over 70,500 children and families yearly. Somerset Home for Temporarily Displaced Children also offers the Passages Transitional Living Program. The organization s unit, Brahma House, provides food, clothing, counseling and health care services. It offers individual and group counseling services, as well as independent living plan and psychological assessment options. The organization s My Place Transitional Living Program, offers residential opportunities. Somerset Home for Temporarily Displaced Children is accredited by the Council on Accreditation.
