Constantly lie to you. I have restored cars before so I have some mechanical experience. When they replace items that you can not see superficially they will buy cheap used China parts. For this reason I asked them to show me the box from which they bought my fuel pump from. They knew I had them cornered so they made up an excuse that they need to get a new ring seal for the pump and it was coming in 4 more days. This bought them enough time to actually buy a good pump. Also their hidden fees were more than 350 dollars. So when they said "Everything will cost 600 dollars" I had to pay nearly 1000dollars in the end.
