I have been buying and servicing all my cars from Russ and Greg since they were in W'Bh20 and have followed them to 3 different locations (they have grown via word of mouth) I am in sales and my car is my life line and office, putting 40k-50k miles on a year I have bought no less than 8 cars and have driven all past the 200k mark. I could only do this since Russ sources only the best quality cars and Greg and his staff do the best work to keep me on the road in a safe and timely fashion. as far as the negative reviews I am hard press to take them at face value and knowing this dealer ship for over 25 yrs (longer than knowing my wife) i would really question the honesty of the reviewers. Hey my direct report to, the CEO, and the owner of my company all use Motorcars for service for their cars with my recommendation
The hours and people are terrible at this dealership, definitely not buying my car here and neither should anyone else.
