I went in as a first time customer who has had her eye brows threaded, and told the owner that was all I wanted. She took it upon herself to start threading my upper lip after she suggested it and I said no. Not only did she charge me for a service I absolutely did not want, but my upper lip got red and swollen and bumpy. I now have bumps that looks like pimples (next day). It does not seem it will go away before my special event in less than 2 days. I will go back to SRI nails in Morgantown instead. So upset. I have never gotten anything but my eyebrows done, and I am highly upset.
