Having know Mr. Young for several years I can say that he is at the top of his trade. Attention to detail, customer service, materials knowledge, ongoing learning. Cant say enough good about his skills or ethics.

Jim Young, of Old Gold Furniture Restoration, does excellent work at very fair prices. He is meticulous to detail and respects each piece for what it is. He is also a master at matching color and creating "patina" wherever a repair might be necessary - all while maintaining the antique integrity of a piece. Great work, very reliable, wonderful customer service.
