  Before joining our firm as an Attorney, Luke interned with our litigation team for three years while studying to obtain his law degree at the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he graduated with honors. He obtained his B.A. in English with a minor in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill  while fulfilling a wrestling scholarship. While earning his J.D., Luke worked as a certified student practitioner for the UConn Criminal Law Trial Clinic. Luke is licensed to practice in Connecticut.
• Wrongful Death
  Catastrophic car accidents also cause innocent bystanders to lose their lives. Connecticut allows a victim’s estate to pursue a wrongful death claim against the at-fault driver. The estate can obtain financial compensation for the victim’s death which is then distributed to the victim’s family.

  As an active member of her community, Attorney Ayala is involved with Relay for Life  and is a member of the Board of Directors of Milford’s Rape Crisis Center. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as watching Yankee games. Jessica, her husband, and their two sons live in Orange with their Vizsla, Brooklyn.

Thankfully, Connecticut requires all drivers to purchase insurance with uninsured motorist coverage. Uninsured motorist coverage provides coverage in the event a victim is struck by an uninsured driver or is involved in a hit & run incident.   Attorney Paola Polanco is dedicated to advocating for and empathizing with her clients who were injured through no fault of their own while supporting them through the legal process. In addition to specializing in personal injury law, Attorney Polanco is also experienced in real estate law.

  A Massachusetts native, Attorney Forlizzi began his legal career as an associate attorney in his father’s personal injury firm, where he represented clients injured in automobile, slip and fall, and motorcycle accidents, as well as handling wrongful death and premises liability claims. He was also appointed to the Essex County Bar Advocate Program where he represented clients charged with felonies and misdemeanors who could not afford counsel.

  Amanda has lived in Connecticut for most of her life. She lives in Madison with her husband and three children, where she has volunteered in town governance as a commissioner of the Planning and Zoning Committee and a board member of Madison Youth and Family Services.

He is an Adjunct Professor at Quinnipiac University School of Law where he teaches courses in Law & Medicine and was also asked to create and teach a course in Anatomy for Attorneys, which he was taught for the past few years. He has also lectured extensively to physicians, other healthcare providers, and attorneys on issues such as medical-legal topics, injury and anatomy matters, bioethics, and medical malpractice.

  Attorney Brescia’s study of Human Rights Law and Mediation in Berlin, Germany led her to work with the Veterans and Servicemembers Rights Clinic  to advocate for veterans. She worked with the United States Senate, where she assisted constituents faced with foreclosure in applying for Federal services that would allow them to retain their homes. She was selected as a 2019 Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine. Attorney Brescia has extensive experience in pro bono work, litigation, education law, and employment law.
