Park at your own risk takes on a new meaning...Not only are these garages known for theft of items inside of your cars, but also I've recently had actual parts stolen off of my car!!! When I reported this to their "management" team, aka Mike in Security, they essentially took no responsibility -although outside of their building they tout "SECURE" parking. All I asked was to be refunded back the remainder of my monthly parking fee so I could park elsewhere without losing any money -a common courteous I thought- not asking them to cover any of the $500 auto mechanic bill I had to pay, and they refused to do so. It's really a shame that something like this could occur and the office doesn't empathize with you even a little and deliberately call you a liar.P.S.
