- Level 2 - 3, AnusaraEngaging the Universal Priciples of Alignment unique to Anusara Yoga. Intermediate to advanced practice, The most challenging level, recommended for people who are ready to explore advanced variations of arm balances, inversions, jumpbacks, backbends and lotus. At this level the student will be familiar with principles of alignment and a wide range of asana. Assumes the student has ability to do Adho Mukha Vrksana (Hand Stand) at the wall and Urdhva Danurasana (Upward facing Bow/Wheel) with straight arms.
- Level 1 - 2, AnusaraEngaging the Universal Priciples of Alignment unique to Anusara Yoga and building from a familiarity with Level 1, the basic asana and principles, including inverted positions and backbends. More challenging asana are added and a deeper level of understanding of the practice is conveyed.
- Community Class - Level 1-2A 1.5 hr class for beginner to intermediate level.
- Open Level, AnusaraEngaging the Universal Priciples of Alignment unique to Anusara Yoga we'll explore advanced asana in depth, challenging vinyasa or flowing series of poses, experience suggested. It is recommended but not required that you attend Basic or Level 1-2 classes before attending Open classes.
