Established in 1979, Family Resource Associates is a nonprofit agency that is located in Shrewsbury, N.J. It provides assistance services to children, adolescents and adults with disabilities. The agency offers early intervention services for children with developmental delays up to the age of 3. Family Resource Associates provides physical, occupational, developmental and speech therapies, as well as family support and counseling services. It also offers various therapeutic recreational and summer programs. Additionally, the agency conducts parents training and educational workshops. Family Resource Associates provides support services for individuals with Down syndrome. It serves the communities of Monmouth and Ocean counties in New Jersey.
