In response to the "other" comment. It's true, we did install an awning for him, but this is what he didn't tell you. We did not put brackets upside down, the awning wouldn't fit that way. Don't understand what he is talking about. I think he just added that in as an "extra". As far as drilling into his waste pipe, we did NOT. If we did we would have IMMEDIATELY known because there would have been white plastic in the drill bit, but there wasn't. As far as his "plumbing repair" he NEVER contacted us until one week later and when he did call all he said was we owed him $190 for a plumbing repair. When I asked him why he didn't call us before he fixed it so we can come out to evaluate, he responded it needed to be done immediately. He did not want us to come & see the repair and when I asked if he had a picture, he did not. All he said was call my neighbor, the plumber, who fixed it. He ALREADY had water damage. His "other" neighbor, our customer, warned us about him. He's a con artist.

Zero stars. I had ECA install a house mounted awning at my home over vinyl siding. They did not shim under the vinyl and caused visible creases in the siding. The brackets were mounted upside down which would have prevented me from installing the aluminum hood at a later date. Then to top it all off while attempting to find the stud by drilling pilot holes into the house the drilled into my water waste line not once but twice. This company has refused to accept responsibility for the plumbing repair. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
