• Primary Care
  The Jersey Coast Vascular Institute participates in some insurance plans. We will file claim for all services rendered during office visits and/or hospitalizations under that plan. It will be your responsibility to pay for any balances not covered by your insurance plan. Please bring your insurance card, along with any referrals or prescriptions, to your first visit or first scheduled post-operative visit. To keep our records current, we ask that you bring your insurance identification card with you to each appointment. It is your responsibility to know whether referrals from primary care physicians are required, and to satisfy any co-pay or deductible payments at the time of your visit. If you have any concerns about insurance coverage or financial obligations to us, please feel free to contact our billing department. A courteous and knowledgeable staff member is ready to answer your questions regarding your account status, insurance payments and co-payments, and possible alternatives to meet your obligations. • Emergency Care
  Patients experiencing life-threatening symptoms such as stroke, ruptured aneurysms, acute occlusion of a blood vessel are best managed in the emergency department. If you experience any symptoms related to these, please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Department. The Emergency physicians there will then alert our physicians.

  The Jersey Coast Vascular Institute is your complete resource for expert and dedicated care, diagnosis, and treatment of vascular disease. The Jersey Coast Vascular Institute was founded by the doctors of the Jersey Coast Vascular Associates, a group of physicians and surgeons, whose practice since 1992 has been dedicated to the care and well being of patients with vascular ailments and diseases.
