Stay away from this guy. Will never tell you the correct cost of fixing things at the very beginning of job. Will quote a small number and then keep adding to it as things progress. Will not pick up the phone also when the job is being done.....I did a minor fender job with him. Not sure how it will turn up in the long run. First he charged me a little extra (though not much for a cover that was broken at the beginning and needed to be replaced anyways and he wrote it on estimate). He never mentioned that there will be an additional charge for wet sanding and buffing (which he told me after more that 20 calls for scheduling a following the work. Every time I called him he was having some issue or the other (which I will not elaborate here). Never met a guy like this. Please stay away from him if you value your time.....FYI Now he does business at West Balden Ave Syracuse.

We are located on Route 11 (Brewerton Road) in Brewerton and have no business activities at any other location. Jeff is not or has not been doing any additional business at a West Balden Ave location. Our technicians also only work at our Brewerton location. We pride ourselves in providing accurate estimates, staying in communication with our customers throughout the repair process, and providing excellent customer service. I have had repairs at many shops but never happy with the work until I had work performed at Jeff's. I was very pleased and still am two years after the work. Nice work Jeff!
Jeff Bell's Autobody & Collision Repair repaired my son's car after a front end collision. The repair was done professionally and in a timely manner. Jeff was kind and very caring. Both my son and I are car guys who are very particular about our rides. 24 hours after my son made his first payment on his "new" 2008 Jeep it sustained heavy hail damage. It really looked like someone had hit it with buck shot. A real shame as the vehicle was spotless before the storm. We took his Jeep to Jeff because we knew he would return it to better than new. When we picked it up my son's smile confirmed his prized possession was done perfectly.
