I and three other people were standing in the waiting area for 5-10 minutes with at least 7 people who worked there pass us, none of whom spoke to us to let us know someone was coming, they could help in a few minutes, or to even say they’d let someone know we were there! Just in and out doors they went. Then, an older woman with white shoulder length hair asked the room if she could help, but then quickly walked off to help another employee scan boxes. When I put my package on the counter and asked “Did you say you were available to help?” She looked at me with a somewhat disgusted expression and said “Uh yeah... I can in a minute” and proceeded to have an attitude like I was dumb and wasting her time through the transaction. This occurred this day, 8/29/19 Brewer location @ nearly 10 am. Not happy with your “customer service”.

They are a nightmare!! They have delivered my packages to the neighbors before even though I order online ALL the time. They toss my stuff in a pile of snow instead of walking 2 more feet to put it in front of my door! One saw my mom in the window once looking at him and actually RAN away. Of course my stuff was in the snow again. LAZY AND USELESS!!

OMG, where do I even begin??? These people are IDIOTS!!!!! We were expecting a package to be delivered today via express shipping. This was a VERY important package that we NEEDED today. We knew that there was a signature required, but we also knew that we were not going to be home, so we left a note on our front door that read, "UPS: Please leave package with signature required here at the front door and take this signed note as signature." We have done this millions of times over the years with both UPS and FedEx whenever we were expecting a package that required a signature and have NEVER had a single problem. Well, this afternoon I checked the tracking status on the UPS web site and it said that it had attempted to be delivered, but that no one was available to sign, so they did not leave the package, even though the driver would have had to have been blind or completely illiterate to have missed the note. I was FURIOUS! I immediately called UPS and they sent a message to this UPS location in Brewer to ask if they could re-deliver. About 20 minutes later, I received a call from some rude bimbo at the Brewer location who claimed that they NEVER accept notes left on doors and require someone to actually be there to sign. She refused to believe that we have had our notes accepted as our signature many, many times over the years, even as recently as a month ago. She then told me that she would try contacting the driver to see if he was still in our area to re-deliver and would call me back. She called me back a few minutes later and said that the driver refused to come back (seriously???) and that we would either have to wait until tomorrow to have delivery re-attempted (nobody will be here tomorrow either) or come and pick it up in Brewer. I was boiling mad at this point. This package was extremely important and we needed it ASAP, which is why we had paid for expedited delivery. I told her that there was no way for us to pick it up this afternoon. She told me that she would check with the driver to see when he would be returning so that she could let me know when the package could be picked up. She then called me back and said that the driver would be back at 8 pm and we could pick it up then. She updated the information on our package to have it set aside for pickup at 8 pm. Fine. NOT ideal, but we needed this package. I talked to my husband and he agreed to leave work an hour early so that he could get there by 8 PM to pick it up. It was a total pain in the you-know-what, but what else were we supposed to do? We need this package! My husband arrived at exactly 8 pm, only to be told that the driver was not going to be back until 9 pm. Apparently there were other people there also for 8 pm package pickups and nobody was happy. Not one single person from UPS bothered to contact us to inform us of this, even though they had our contact information. My husband would not have left work an hour early had we known that the package was not even going to be there! The last time I spoke with the idiot woman in Brewer was just before 3 pm this afternoon and she told me to have someone there at 8 pm to get this package. My husband was fuming. He was not about to stand around for an hour waiting for the driver, so now we have to go through all of this insanity tomorrow, when we NEEDED that package in our hands today! I swear, the people who work at the Brewer UPS location don't even have half a gnat's brains.

Worst customer service ever. They left three huge packages for someone else inside my garage, so I attempted to call to notify them so they could come pick them up. First, there is no local number and then a long recording with no options for this type of call. Finally I spoke to someone in another state who tried to make me go get tracking numbers off these huge packages. When I refused to go outside to do this, since it was their mistake, she was rude. I feel really sorry for whomever these packages belong to because the still didn't come get them. They do not belong to anyone on my street or I would deliver them myself. Someone is missing some expensive ceiling fans but it is too much trouble for UPS to come get them.

Brewer list a LOCAL number online. The number is busy 24 hours a day. I think these people forget that WE ARE PAYING FOR THEIR SERVICE. POOR customer relations.

Oh where do I start?? My EXPRESS package comes into their facility in Brewer Maine from QVC that was guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas and they forget to put it on the truck on Christmas eve and they just posted a note in the tracking info that says "Package left at facility, scheduled for redelivery"! This was my autistic daughter's big Christmas presents from Santa! On a scale from 1 - 10 I give them a big fat ZERO! maybe I can have them come explain to my daughter why Santa didn't come to see her this year. If I was the supervisor I would of made sure that package got brought to the address even if I had to drive it myself. These blue express boxes from QVC say its a gift printed on the box! if it was any other day and it was just a regular package it wouldn't of been such a big deal but at least one person working there should of made it right. Then it's impossible to reach anybody there, I sat on hold waiting to talk to somebody for an hour and a half but never got through

Better check the address that's on shipping receipt you get - before you leave the depot. Stored shipped address with your telephone # overrides the handwritten address on your package. and it wasn't even detected. Address on my package was totally different and my package was headed to the wrong location and they never even noticed! Fortunately, knowing someone that worked there is probably the only thing that saved the day. I headed back to the depot and they managed to retrieve the package from the conveyor belt and ship it to the address I had on the outside of the box! Don't assume anything!
