Founded in 1979, TML Risk Management Pool is a nonprofit insurance cooperative that provides insurance services to public agencies and municipalities in Tennessee. It provides reinsurance, actuarial, audit, and risk and claim management services. The cooperative also offers liability coverage for marine equipment, law enforcement, personal injuries, automobiles, uninsured motorists, natural devastations, and fire and property damages. TML Risk Management Pool provides workers compensation, employee benefit and loss controlling policies, as well as medical, health and disability coverage plans. Additionally, it has a client services and marketing department that focuses on individualized service and assistance for members and their agents. The cooperative is located in Brentwood, Tenn.
