I had a very brazer appointment last week. First the receptionist tells me that they do not take a insurance card I had previously given her the week before over the phone. She had already confirmed that they do. Secondly she was very nice on the phone but in person she was rude and insistent that she never told me that....but I have only given out that information on the phone once this year and it was to her, specifically to check and make sure everything was covered. I decided it was just an oversight on her behalf and she has trouble admitting when she makes a mistake and move on. I sit down and wait for the nurse who also seems to be having a bad day but I made her smile so I figure shes a little quite, no big deal.
