Modified terms of KFC coupon offering "Buy one, get one free - 2 piece meal. Terms were Extra charge for breast piece or boneless piece substitutions I requested to meals - one original leg & thigh dinner and one extra crispy dinner. The cashier told me I couldn't do that. I had to have one leg and thigh and the other had to be breast and wing. The coupon doesn't say that. In reality, the leg and thighs and cheaper than the breast and wing. I will never go there again. They don't answer their phone.

Again got order wrong. Ordered the A3 for the 2nd time (double cheeseburger meal) & they forgot the cheese. Also gave me wrong soda. The manager said her veteran employees were working. They need refresher course in fast food making!

Always have to wait 10-30 mins for service or food and usually gets order wrong
