Very professional. They have enough stylis in the shop to where you can get just about everything I can think of done and you will come out satisfied. Their prices are very good compared to anyone else I have found around. The shop is clean and comfortable to be in while being serviced. I looked for a beauty after moving to the Bay area 6 months ago and finally found the right one for me. Only con is that too much products are used in my hair and makes it heavy, but when I told them about the issue....they had no problems fixing it and making it the way they felt I wanted.
