The staff in the Brenham Office are very rude and unprofessional. Excuses galore!! I have enrolled twice. They NEVER called me. they turn every situation around to make it look like its the clients fault. They never return calls either. I visited one time in person and while I was there the lady was talking to the other girl that works there about another person that had applied, it wasn't very nice what they were saying. That should have been a confidential conversation and I just happened to know who they were talking about. Please either replace or retrain the people. When there's no passion to help people, it shows...
