I only worked for Express because the company I applied at, said that was the only way to get on with them. I found the staff to be rude and inconsiderate of others, especially if an applicant had a skill they were looking for. An uproar would be made for the person with the wanted skill, while the one without, would be ignored and given little to no attention! I was a person with skills, and felt embarrased and ashamed at Express' behavior. I completed my assignment, and was hired on by the client company, however, each time I came into the office to be paid, I continued to see examples of rude and nonchalant expression! Express and client management-Average. Express and people management-Poor.
