Correction to my August 25, 2013 review. Quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am.My apology.

I just read the July 19, 2012 review and felt compelled to respond with my review. I have lived at Frank Chopp Place since it's opening in September 2005, almost 8 years ago. I have seen many changes since it's opening, all for the positive. We have wonderful and very nice hard-working individuals here from the office personnel, to our maintenance and our janitorial. Our management and staff strives to keep the environment safe and comfortable for all of us who live here. Yes, we do have quiet hours starting at 8 pm. Frank Chopp is an enclosed building with close neighbors. Quiet hours are not unusual for an enclosed building, and again, it ensures all of us a peaceful environment to live in. The management DOES NOT discourage personal guests visiting. That's just silly. Residents are expected to follow the rules of their leases however, just like anywhere else. Lastly, in reply to the statement about the pet policy: "PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED." Actually, Frank Chopp does welcome Service and Companion dogs. (Certified). Also cats......and yes, birds. As I said, I've been living here for 8 years and just wanted to give my positive feedback and review. Thankyou.

The workers there will make things up if they dislike you. You have 3 days to comply with their demands or you will be evicted. Don't move here if you have friends that come see you regularly. Their quiet hrs start a 8 pm and if you make a PEEP the neighbors will complain until you get kicked out. They seem nice at first but unless you're silent as a mouse you will absolutely hate living here. They will tell you "Someone is living with you" if you have friends over EVER and tell you that if they don't move out you will be evicted. Well, if no one is living with you, how will they move out? VERY VERY CONTROLLING. And no, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
