While waiting for my order, I witnessed the following: Person at the cash register could not conduct the transaction so he called to another employee to do it. This other employee was at the head of the assembly line, working with the dough - tossing and flattening out prior to it being populated with toppings. This employee arrived at the cash register with bare hands covered in dough and flour, operated the cash register, handled cash, handed pizza boxes to customer, and returned to his station on the assembly line where he resumed working the pizza dough. He did not wash his hands or don gloves. Also, his pants hung down below his butt and he constantly reached back to hike them up, also constantly wiped his hands on his apron. A female populating the pizza dough with toppings did so with bare hands. As a result, we have decided to make our own pizza at home from now on.

I ordered a large three topping pizza for delivery. I thought I was getting the $7.99 deal but the person who took my order didn't tell me that was only available for carryout. She also didn't tell me the total before charging the card I used. The pizza came out to $21.93. When I tried to call the manager, she was very apathetic and argumentative. She refused to refund the difference in price. She refused to acknowledge any mistakes and she didn't even apologize. Also the pizza was not that great. Every time I've gone to Dominos, I've been served mediocre pizza and there is usually a mistake such as wrong toppings, takes forever, and employees seem to be poorly trained.

I ordered on line for carryout and my total was $26.04. I left a $2 tip on the credit card reciept making my total $28.04. They then took it upon themselves to add an additional $2 to the tip and debited a total of $30.04 from my bank account. They are thieves. On top of all that my six topping pizza was almost bare.
