I recently had a case with Jack Witcher. My case was handled by a legal aide from his office. I will never use this law firm again and I think anyone thinking about using this office should find another attorney. you are allowed to speak only with the aids never the attorney. They are rude. They don't answer your questions, and don't care about your concerns. They charge more than anyother firm in the area. They are slow and always want to go to court on cases that should be settled out of court for their on benifet; not the client. They recieve 33 and a third percent for cases settled out of court, and 40 percent if they do. They alway go to court. I told them to settle my case and the aide told me she would. She didn't. I had to call the insurance adjuster and tell them that I wanted to settle my case. Then because they knew they were about to be fired; did they settled my case. but I still have not recieved my money. Its problaly sitting on someone desk. DON'T USE THIS LAW FIRM!!!!
