Van Buren Elementary School has an annual enrollment of more than 200 students in kindergarten through five. The school has a staff of regular classroom and speech teachers, reading specialists, school psychologists and counselors. Its academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as science, music, technology, art, English, math, science, reading, writing, social studies, and health and physical education. The school has a library media center that provides access to online encyclopedias, databases, facts and statistics, dictionaries and thesauruses.
