I just bought a new Ford Escape Titanium Hybrid from this dealership. After a lot of research and speaking with several dealerships I visited one nearer to me. They were pushy, lowballed me on their trade offer and really did not listen to me. Evan at Brattleboro Ford was the total opposite. He listened before he spoke and when he did it was to respond to what I wanted. Having settled on a deal, I drove out to Brattleboro. The car was preped and waiting for me, the paperwork was ready for my signature and everyone at the dealership was polite, warm and friendly. Everythnig was explained to my satisfaction and everybody greeted me with a smile (from behind their masks). In over 45 years of buying vehicles this was by far the easiest purchase I have ever made. The dealership is under new management and they are anxious to make sure their customers come first.
