I called to request information about the hotel and the rates. The man who answered had a very thick Indian accent, which made it hard for me to understand his words. When I asked what his extended continental breakfast meant, He yelled, "I already told you. Do you want to reserve or not". I felt this was very rude. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere that treats people like that over the phone.
