This too was a very bad experience. Manager is very lazy, does no maintenance too the point of waiting for emergency repair calls. When you ask for something to be fixed, it is done when he has booked time for golf. Very loud noises from all neighbors, too many dogs and cats running loose, horrible trash dumpster conditions and little to no snow removal in the winter. You'd be better off staying in a tent at table rock, then stay at Golden Oaks. Manager allows some units to have 5-6 vehicles for a 2 bedroom place. Some units have 6-8 adults with children and pets. Manager ignores complaints about problem tenants and their dogs.

Probably the worst place I've ever lived. Loud neighbors. People never leashed their dogs. Had a dog bite mine and nothing was done about it. I've talked to the manager several times and he never does anything.
