My wife booked a couples massage in Feb that unfortunately we could not attend due to unforeseen family circumstances. Called early AM that day to cancel. Given the situation I’m surprised we even thought of it. A couple hundred dollar charge magically appeared on our account later that same day. Called to explain the situation to Sharon the manager who is quite possibly the worst human being I‘ve ever dealt with on any sort of professional level, if you even want to call it that. Had absolutely zero regard for the fact that things do arise, that become larger than a massage. Was told that she had a business to run and that she hears all kinds of excuses from patrons all day long. My wife offered to reschedule only to be told why would we want to reschedule someone who cant even honor an appointment; Verbatim. There was even a weak attempt from Sharon to collect our spa gift certificates as an offset to our refund. Needless to say both conversations over the phone with her resulted in her hanging up on us before the conversation ended. Even after explaining in as much detail as possible without divulging the entire privacy of our matter, she still came across as an immature, pompous, inconsiderate waste of a human being that I‘ve ever had to deal with. And for what? A fuckin couples massage cancelation. An appointment that my wife and I would have loved to have been able to make. Considering the very chair from which I am writing this review from, there is no other place we would have rather been that Saturday. The end result was us having to file a dispute with our bank for services not rendered. After two chances for Sharon to do the right thing she still failed to understand It’s sad to think how someone could be so short sited in not only a business sense, but also a personal sense. For anyone who deals with Sharon from this establishment moving forward good luck. Hopefully she’s better with her hands than she was with her brains, and her big mouth.
