      I found Magnolia to be friendly and dependable, but we did find several discrepancies on our report. Several things were listed as "not working" that did indeed work. We were thankful it wasn't the reverse, but it made us feel like we paid for inaccurate information. Overall, fairly pleased, but not confident about referring to others.
