absolutely awesome vet. An English Bulldog specialist, he diagnosed and fixed my Cali up in no time. Her other vets overlooked the elongated palate which was making her breathing very difficult, and effecting her heart and lungs. She is now once again a playful, energetic and fun companion, and without the perpetual slobs we were inundated with prior to surgery. A great clinic staff and a thoughtful and caring vet, we vote him 'Vet of the Year".

Dr. Kirby is a spot-on, darned good vet. He knows and loves animals. His new vet, Dr. Holt is also spot-on. Their staff remembers the animals and the owners and give excellent care. I would not take my dogs and cats to any other. Thank you to each person there for animal care that is above and beyond.

Hometown Vet is great! Small-town, family feel. They really care about animals and treat mine like they are the only ones on the planet when they're there. Both Drs. are so compassionate and thorough with their work. Affordable prices, as well. It seems like they really care about animals--not just money.

Worked us in when our puppy was sick. He is very nice and loves animals. Will definitely use him as our regular vet.

This vet and his entire office are superb! After dealing with another vet in the Crossgates area for several years we had to seek other care for our animals. My chi had puppies and had to have a c-section. Dr Kirby & staff game out on MOTHERS DAY, all smiles, glad to help attitude, took care of our chi and her puppies and all turned out wonderful!! We can never thank him enough and are so glad to have FINALLY found the vet we trust and who works WITH us.

Dr. Kirby quickly accessed my pets elbow dysplaysia after the vet taking the x-rays could not. He knew exactly what to do for our pet and after a second opinion from Luckett Animal Hospital. Dr. Kirby was exactly correct. He further assisted us in sending the x-rays to MSU for a specialist. Dr. Kirby we cant thankyou enough for your kindness and gentle understanding. Dr. Rick is great. He's very personable and he works *with* you. He understands that your animal is important to you. Also, he loves animals, a vet should though. And the best part: Bubba the Bulldog.
