The tech was prom[t, polite & professional. He called 30 minutes prior to arrival and arrived within my appointment window. He diagnosed my problem with my ice maker and gave me the options for repair/replacement. I did not feel any "high pressure sales". I will absolutely use this company for any AC/Heating & Appliance repair/servicing I might need.

Absolutely amazing how well this company operates!!! Fast, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and does NOT break the bank for minor repairs. We called at about 3 pm, had someone here by 4:30 the same day and he was done by 5. If we EVER have another problem with any appliance, we WON'T hesitate to call them and ask for Jeff! Great Job on fitting me into the schedule quickly - same afternoon- finding the problem, correcting it and discussing the problem. Will be telling friends and family about this company and Jeff. Courteous, clean and understood my time was valuable.

I originally called this company because of a leak which I thought was coming from my dishwasher. Jay came and could not see anything leaking so we then thought it might be a back up from a clog which I had in my disposal. Unfortunately, a week later, water was still soaking my carpet by the wall which backs up to my dishwasher. This time Jeff came and he discovered a loose coupling on the supply hose. He tightened the coupling and fixed up a fan to dry out the water which had collected. Although the leak was not properly detected the first time, dealing with this company was still a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend them.

I called That Service Company because I thought my dishwasher was leaking. Jay was prompt, courteous and extremely helpful. It turned out to be a drainage problem with my disposal. Jay cleaned out all the backed up water from under the dishwasher and gave me some pointers on how to keep the dishwasher clean. He also told me the best way to unclog a disposal is to call a plumber. It was great service at a reasonable price.

All around great experience!!!!! Phone operator was very friendly as was the serviceman! Serviceman went above and beyond the call of duty, explained in detail what he did, and was very friendly! Best news of all the price was fair and reasonable! I highly recommend this company and will use again in the future!

Same day service! Reasonably priced! Properly repaired! You hear that so often, but THAT SERVICE COMPANY truly delivers! To them those are not just words, but a business credo. A 3 hour window with a courtesy phone call 45 minutes ahead. No more " is someone home between 8-5.....". They have my vote!!!!!
