If I could give these people meaning the Salon as well that is located on the back side a zero star rating I would...I don't understand how anyone in their right mind would do business with such scammers...I've seen them time after time tow people's vehicles although they do have signage in certain areas other areas are not clearly visible. Any company that would do this to non-customers, I just wonder how they are Scamming their customers. It is a clear sign of how they operate. BUYERS BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS & NONBUYERS BE EXTRA AWARE!!!!!!!

If I could give Majik Touch zero stars I would. First, if you are in the military do not take your uniform here. The people here are incapable of following basic procedures such as not putting military creases in the front of a cotton Air Force blues shirt (these are not wool shirts nor am I in the Navy) or to center a sleeve crease down the center of the stripes (seems obvious but apparently not). People in the military should not have to explain these instructions; there are actually pictures online of how a uniform should look. Secondly, if you own any piece of clothing whatsoever such as a basketball jersey, Italian suit, or even a white t-shirt, DO NOT bring it here.They will ruin it and claim that they followed the instructions on the tag and won't even reimburse you for the cleaning let alone replace the item that was damaged. Oh and they are overpriced. It doesn't get any worse than Majik Touch Cleaners.
