Horrible, I took my pressure washer back after one use because it wouldn't start with my warranty registration and receipt, I was told no problem, 2 weeks later they let me know it was ready, when I went to pick up up they charged me for $58 to repair and $20 for pick up and delivery, I brought it to them?? When I questioned the charges they wanted to negotiate the amount, something that was totally and 100% under warranty. After years of spending money at Lowe's I will never walk into another store and encourage everyone I know as well. What poor services to their customers.
