For years, Chef Julio has been supplying a high demand of gourmet empanadas to higher-end restaurants for years because these restaurants simply could not find the authentic empanadas at any other place in the area. After supplying empanadas and consulting with many chefs and their restaurants, Chef Julio was in such high demand for his signature dishes and his passion for cooking that he decided it was time for his own restaurant and he could not be contained any longer. Julio's Gourmet Bistro was years in the making and locals that had already been aware of his fine reputation as a gourmet chef are now rushing to his bistro to get their favorite dishes.
