No matter how many times I go in there with some issue I've caused myself they never get annoyed!!They've helped me time after time in a quick yet courteous manner!Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I haven't had any problems with them there great and good at flashing sprint phone to metro have all my features work..........love these guys keep up the great work

I bought a phone here two weeks ago and the keys on the keyboard don't work, along with the back, and home buttons. Pretty much makes the phone useless. The button to answer a call doesn't work when I slide it over either. I went there and they asked for my number so they could contact me back, but no one ever called. I can't get ahold of anyone. Please take my advice and buy a phone elsewhere. Their phones are expensive and don't function properly. Also, they guy that was in there was watching a soccer game and cussing at the tv yelling and screaming while I was trying to buy a phone. I had my 7 year old daughter with me. Not cool.

made a purchase for cellphone wasn't working properly it had problem with it from day one they kept saying reset or take battery out problem persited and it wasn't cheap at all had to get a new one . they don't have a good customer services .

I took my phone in to have it unlocked it worked fine for 28 days after that it stopped working the following month I tried to get in touch with them as usual they switched their number to a fax so you cannot call them I live in Jacksonville and is quite a commute just to take it back especially if you don't know if they are there or not be where not very good at what they do
