Dr Charles Devine has been my Dr for 8 years now and I have referred my friends to him and I wouldn't trust my family and loved ones care to anyone else. Very understanding and kind, and he truly listens. He has helped me more than I could even express in mere words. The best!

I've gone to Dr. Carroll for several years to manage my bipolar II. She is fantastic. She really cares about your well-being. She has given me realistic expectations regarding medication and disease management as well as insight into the human mind. I had been to a psychiatrist before her, but he always made me feel like a specimen on a petri dish. He was all about getting me in and out in 15 minutes. When I realized that I always felt worse *after* a visit with him than I did *before* going to see him, I decided I needed a new physician. I am so glad to have found Dr. Kathleen Carroll. I would recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Devine placed my child on an additional medication, along with his ADHD med, that has made a significant impact to our family dynamics. The medication has greatly improved my son's self esteem and his personal realtionships. Taking our son to Dr. Devine for another opinion without a doubt is the greatest factor of my son's continued success. I have belief now that our son can be a productive member of society and become self suffiecient. Before Dr. Devine's intervention I feared for our son's safety, our family relationship, and wether he would ever be a success. I no longer have that fear, thanks to Dr. Devine.

For years, my son had both a tremendous personality and miserable self view. Dr. Devine has successfully treated my son for anxiety and hyperactivity. Now my son is able to enjoy being awesome. His outlook, social skills, and athletic performance have significantly improved.

They were GREAT with my mom, I saw one of their docs once for myself and he was super! But the downside is the receptionists. When I moved out of the area and tried to get back in with them, tho I had seen them before, they told me no because they werent taking new medicare patients. So that's just wrong, or I would have given them 5 stars. If you are seeing them great, but don't leave and then want to come back as they wont have the time of day for you. :-/

Doctor Charles Devine has helped me tremendously in the last seven years. I have several disorders to deal with and he is patient, open to suggestions and most of all he cares. All of that and he's a Buc's fan to boot.If I am having a bad time day or night he will contact me as soon as he can and advise me. He is one of the world's true Godsends. Hence the name.

Excellent practice. Dr. Devine is the absolute best. Staff is friendly, follows confidentiality and is always helpful. Been with them for over 6 years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
