Very happy with service. My family has been going to Bloomingdale Eyecare for >5 years with no problems. Services have ranged from glasses, contacts, cataracts and general follow up after surgery for detaching retina. Have had appointments on various days and yes - Saturdays tend to be busy. A lot of that is due to people wanting to drop in since it is Saturday and more convent for them to pickup glasses, etc. or have problems looked at irregardless of the patients with appointments. And yes they will be closed on Saturdays that bracket a holiday to allow for a long weekend with their families, like the rest of us do whenever possible.

Horrible! DO NOT GO HERE! Wait times are horrible. If you are going because of Saturday hours, they are closed on Saturdays quite often! The DR ordered my husband a pair of glasses for work, they are absolutely not right and will not do anything about it! Gave HORRID service all around. SHAMEFUL!
