They are LPN's that stands for licensed practical nurse. They are doing exactly what they were taught in their 1 (one) year of schooling. I don't have a problem with them only giving me my blood pressure medications. BUT I DO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH CALLING AND BEING TOLD I DENIED YOUR PERSCRIPTION BECAUSE YOU HAVENT BEEN HERE SIBCE DECEMBER EVEN THOUGH I HAD BEEN THERE 8 wks ago but she (RECEPTIONIST) says but that was for something else so even though they checked my Bp and I didn't have any complaints about my Bp and also when they had a DIFFERENT RECEPTIONIST I was told I didn't need an appointment to get my BP medicine that I have been taking every morning for 40 years and 6 months...... But hummmm I run out she ( yes again the receptionist) denies it hummm why in the earths core couldn't someone have phoned me and said you need an APPOINTMENT... Was I simply suppose to know that the rules over yonder had changed with that there newly acquired receptionist ..... But I wait till I'm completely out because remember I was there 8 weeks ago when they did check my BP but now with everything else too I have to remember that every cough, break ,bleeding, falling, dizzying, thought altering appointment is all in a separate folder..... And really receptionist if you keep up your nasty attitude those nurses won't have any of us old patients coming in there so that they can be further educated and you can receive a paycheck...

I completely disagree with the person below who thinks that NP's aren't as qualified as a doctor. Maybe you feel this way just because one wouldn't write your pain medication or scheduled drug! They are dedicated to their work and hard working women who have practiced for many years. If anyone wants to be seen by a practitioner who is going to take every aspect of you into consideration, then please try CFC.

I've been seen several times by both Kelly White and Katie Ray. Both are exceptional NPs. They send more time with me than any Doctor has spent. I've recommended this place to several people! A great addition to our community!

I completely disagree with the person that complained about 'not having a doctor in the house.' Nurse Practitioner Kelly White does an excellent job and goes out of her way to assist the patient(s). You will get more personal attention from most nurse practitioners that you'll ever get from a physician. If you enjoy sitting in an office for hours at a time go to a doctor's office. If you want quality treatment and be seen in just a few short minutes try Complete Family Care. I've had 10 visits and never wait more than five minute to be treated.

"NOT A DOCTORS OFFICE" This place IS NOT ACCEPTABLE in my opinion. They are RUDE, NO BED SIDE MANNERS & there is NOT A "DOCTOR" IN THIS BUILDING/OFFICE ACCORDING TO "KELLY WHITE" IN WHICH WHO IS THE ONE I SEEN & she is the one who told me this !!!! These people are "ONLY PRACTITIONAL NURSES" according to KELLY WHITE !!! They are limited as to what they can do for patients. REMEMBER, THIS IS "NOT" A DOCTORS OFFICE .... ONLY 2 PRACTITIONAL NURSES ..... WHO NEEDS TO LEARN FROM THEIR PATIENTS (ELDERLY PATIENTS EXPECIALLY), NOT FROM A TEXT BOOK. I WOULD "NOT" RECOMMEND THIS COMPLETE FAMILY CARE TO ANY ONE THAT I KNOW !!!!!!
