Overall, I'm impressed by the amount of "bending over backwards" the company will do to help with out of bounds orders (rushed, late customer changes, etc). The company did a system upgrade last fall which may have negatively impacted some, however, these issues seem to be fully worked out. I have had particularly good experiences with my state's customer service representative - Roberta. Out of the many potential suppliers out there, these folks are my "go to" bunch.
1. Order was placed with instructions to call for CC info. I never received a call from your company and had to call. 2. Credit Card info given to Accounts Receivable and misplaced. 3. Artwork was sent and misplaced. 4. The incorrect pens were sent to our company with another company's information on them. 5. Debited incorrect price twice. 6. Debited correct price then 15 days later debited incorrect price on top of previous bill 7. Will not respond to two email's and two phone calls.
