Harbor Medical has been the subject of numerous complaints for fraudulent billing practices. They bill for office visits and co-pays when no visit has taken place. If you do choose a doctor here, expect to be billed hundreds....if not thousands of dollars.....for the same procedures that would be 80-90% less at another physician's office. They will in-turn try to pass these exhorbenant costs on to you the patient when the insurance company declines their astonishing charges. Find another Doctor or you will pay.....literally!!!

all of the doctors in the practice, the nurses and the blood technician, are kind, considerate and helpful PLUS they have evening office hours

In my 4 visits to this doctor?s office, I have never regarded anything so much in my life. It takes over 2 hours to have the Doctor see you. The staff has no knowledge about customer service and how to treat people. I called 6 times over a two week span and NEVER got a call back. This was by far my worst experience at a Dr's office, and I still kick myself for giving them 4 chances. I should have known after the first time; however I thought maybe it was just a one time thing. Boy was I ever wrong. Then the Dr?s seem to care very little about how much time you have spent waiting to speak to them, and they seem to hurry you out the door. Also the Doctor has never helped me with anything I ever went to speak to him about. He always sent me to a specialist. I had a broken leg and I was not told until I hunted the Dr. down and demanded he tell me what was wrong with my leg. I waited over a week and a half for this information. This office, staff, and doctors are horrible
