Founded in 1976, the firm operates with more than 100 locations in 11 states nationwide. It provides rehabilitation solutions through therapies, such as physical, occupational and speech. The company provides specialty programs, consisting of cardiocare, orthopedics, optimum balance, B.R.E.A.T.H.E, urology, frail elderly care management and telehealth monitoring, to name a few. Almost Family Inc. and its subsidiaries operate two segments: visiting nurse or VN and personal care or PC.
