I went in about two weeks ago and they had to order in my prescription which was fine, but then when they had called and left me a message to go pick it up... I went in as soon as I could at most two days later (I'm a single Mom who works full time and is going to college) and they left me standing at the counter for 10-15 minutes just waiting for them to come back and tell me that since I didn't pick it up right away that they gave it to someone else! Now come on give me a break. And they didn't even apologize.
