- AutismJennifer Foede is a Department of Corrections (DOC) Sex Offender Treatment counselor. She received her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education with a minor in psychology from the University of Minnesota at Duluth and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Jennifer facilitates the East Central program, providing group sex offender treatment services in the Mora and North Branch areas. She also works in the Sartell office facilitating the Sexual Obsessions group and providing therapeutic services for adults, juveniles, and children, and completes Comprehensive Multi-disciplinary Evaluations (CMDES) and autism assessments. Jennifer specializes in anxiety, mood and personality disorders, grief counseling, and pregnancy and infant loss counseling using Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.

- Mental HealthPsychological Assessments are completed to examine a person's mental health status. Personality testing, depression inventories, and other specific instruments are administered as appropriate for the referral question. Psychological Assessments are used to examine basic mental health issues, as well as appropriateness for employment in specific areas (example: law enforcement, appropriateness to parent, clarify interpersonal deficits or underlying mental illness, and to simply make recommendations to improve the quality of life.)
- Behavioral HealthCrystal Anthony graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Master of Science Degree in Community Counseling, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Dependency Counseling. Crystal has been a Department of Corrections (DOC) approved Sex Offender Treatment Provider since December 2011. Crystal believes a collaborative approach is essential in order to assist clients in creating lasting changes while in treatment. She provides therapeutic services for couples, families and individual clients in the Sartell, MN office. Providing therapeutic services to couples is an area Crystal is passionate about as she is able to provide honest and equal support for each person in the relationship while helping create lasting change within the relationship. Crystal is a Board of Behavioral Health Approved Supervisor who provides supervision to clinicians working toward licensure. Crystal enjoys working with new clinicians as they are in the beginning of their professional development and provide a fresh outlook and an eagerness to the counseling field.

CORE utilizes the Millon Behavioral Medical Diagnostic (MBMD) assessment in such cases, which is a personality assessment specifically designed for medical procedures, in addition to other appropriate personality or cognitive tests.
