Your Tim Horton's part of the store needs MAJOR improvement. Customers aren't getting the service they should be getting. People stand in line "forever" just to get waited on. I have heard numerous complaints from customers that are local & from out of town. Some have actually left without being waited on--I've had to do this a couple different occasions myself so I wouldn't be late for work. Comments made by out of town customers are they get better service at their Tim Horton's, employees standing around & not waiting on customers--just looking at them. Local customers are even frustrated with the wait. Something needs done. We sell a lot of your coffee here. People love it when you say we have a Tim Horton's in town.

I'm at your location a lot. I came over on Sept.16 or 17, 2012 around 2:30-3am to get milk & bread. Employees said I wasn't acting right. I don't remember leaving the store. I have a problem with seizures. Lori(I don't know her last name) came out to see if I made it home okay. She found me unconsious in the middle of the road, if she hadn't come to check on me, who knows what could have happened. Lori stayed with me until the ambulance got there. Come to find out she used her money & paid for more milk & bread. The team manger even said the incident was written in the book. Lori got a great big hug & a thank you from me. I would like to nominate her for employee of the year--it is well deserved!!
